Ryder - 6 months ago i purchase a izusu truck
i had a problem with the truck with the exahust sistem under the 30 days warranty i have when i purchase the truck i talk to steve i believe the sales manager. about the problem steve told me to bring the truck in i did i left the truck for 3 days, they call me back to tell me the truck was ready then i pick up the truck 1/2 hr after i pick up the truck the issue came up the exahust red ligth come up again i call steve i bring the truck back for another tree days when i pick up the truck the second time i drive by 15 miles the red ligth come up again i came back with the truck the third time nothing the four time nothing by the time i was so fustrated i talk to brian he schedule the truck to bring it in again 2 days past they dont tuch the truvk this is the fifth time so i take my truck and left the problem is the they never fix the truck when i have the warranty now they send me a letter that the warranty is over that they not going to fix my truck my concern is that they never fix it when they suppost i bring the truck five 5 times they never fix it i spen more than a 1,000 renting a truck because evrytime i bring my truck to fix it i left it for 3 days now im in a midlle of no where because i have the problem with the truck that they never fix it and in going to do wherever i can to make ryder fix my truck this is not rigth iam julian martinez. 626 539 **** i hope the who read this take accion and do the rigth tink how in the world something like this happen in a multimillion dollar company may God bless you .
