As 1 of 5 guys to be RECENTLY LAID OFF, RYDER HAS MADE NO ATTEMPT TO SHOW THEY GIVE A RATS *** ABOUT US MILK HAULERS AS EMPLOYEES! WE WERE TOLD ON THE 5TH OF THIS MONTH (MARCH) THAT OUR POSITIONS WERE "BEING TERMINATED" AT THE END OF THE MONTH & SO WERE WE & OUR BENEFITS!

THEY DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO KEEP US AS "EMPLOYEES" & TRY TO FIND US OTHER POSITIONS WITHIN THE COMPANY! WE WEREN'T EVEN OFFERED A SEVERANCE PAY!! JUST PUT OUT LIKE TRASH!! EVER SINCE THEY TOOK OVER CARDINAL LOGISTICS THEY'VE SEEMED LIKE THEY WANTED NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MILK HAULING SIDE!

WHY, OVER A YEAR INTO THE RYDER TAKE OVER ARE WE STILL RUNNING UNDER CARDINAL & CARDINAL D.O.T.? WHY WERE WE TOLD WE WERE GETTING RYDER TRUCKS FOR THE SUMMER & THEN TWO WEEKS LATER WE'RE TOLD WE'RE GOING TO BE OUT OF A JOB? WHY WERE WE TOLD WE WERE GOING TO BE OUT OF A JOB IN MARCH WHEN THEY "SUPPOSEDLY" KNEW ABOUT THIS AT THE END OF JANUARY? THEY CAN PUT BLAME ON LAND O LAKES ALL THEY WANT!

AT THE END OF THE DAY IT WAS RYDER'S NAME ON OUR PAYCHECKS! RYDER & LAND O LAKES CAN GO GET *** THE ONE'S WHO GOT SCREWED THE MOST, US DRIVERS & THE FARMERS WHO'S MILK WE PICKED UP, WERE THE LAST TO KNOW & SOME OF THE FARMERS ARE ONLY STILL JUST NOW FINDING OUT!!

THIS IS HOW PEOPLE DIE IN TRUCKS!

My company leased 3 brand new trucks from Ryder one of them has had many brake failures when the truck is loaded. When I toke it to them to fix the problem the shop foreman was right beside me when their mechanic drove off to take it to the dealer when stopping in their lot the front brakes were so hot it kept screeching to a stop.

The foreman said to me there is a problem with the brakes so they bobtail it to test and tell me it stops so its good enough. When it failed again I took it back again they told me they cant figure it out that I can just sublease the truck to someone else. I WILL NEVER DO THAT SOMEONE IS GOING TO DIE IN THAT TRUCK! It is now late December they have had the truck since around early August.

They now tell me they load tested it however they only test with about 2500 lbs. we normally carry about 45000 lbs. so a 2500 lbs test is a joke.

**** I just received a call from ryder they are cancelling all of my leases now even the trucks I have are paid for. I believe it is because I shared this danger with the public.

Update they did not take the trucks I believe it is due to my posts.

These new pics are from some of the sub units they send to me.

None of the subs will pass a DOT inspection they have retreads that are coming off. All of them have warning lights on, which we are told that it is ok to drive the trucks even though most of the lights pertain to the braking system. Last night they replaced one sub with yet another (it is only Tuesday and we are on sub number 5 and I only have 2 ryder trucks in my fleet) and it made it a whole hour before it would not go into gear because the truck could not build enough air to make the transmission work.

I told my sales rep that I would post all of our communications so now he will not respond. I believe if ryder actually saw some of the texts between him and I he would be fired.

After keeping my unit for a week they sent it back and it lasted for almost a 2 whole minutes when the driver started the truck all of these warning lights came on, as can be seen in the pics.

I don't think they did anything but erase codes to put the warning lights out. They got it again last night and the replacement sub lasted about 2 hours then as seen on the latest pics it is broken also. You cannot run a company that relies on trucks if you cant get a reliable truck. They did however threaten me again that if I continue to fight for a reliable truck they will call the lease and sue me.

Just for the record that was a verbale threat he would not put it in writing.

More ongoing problems. 16 breakdowns in about 2 weeks, in the video below you can see they returned one of my original trucks after having it for about 2 weeks. The truck would not even start because they never fixed the problem. In the second pic shows once it started the cpc light stayed on.

They are not refusing to tow any more breakdowns for me and told me they are going to start charging me for the replacement units. I will also show a pic of an email from Wyatt my sales rep telling me to sublease a problem truck to someone else. I will not do that to me it is incredibly unethical. Actually I just looked at the disclaimer on his email and even though I told him I would share anything from them they can sue me if I share the email.

I will also post here more pics of dangerous safety lights on in the trucks. Please take note that most of the safety light have to do with break problems

Ryder Rental Trucks

Have you ever called a Ryder Location or 1-800-Go_Ryder and gotten the " Thank you for calling the ryder reservation center my name is xxxxx may i have your account number please" please note that is not RYDER!!! that is a 3rd party contracted company called "Concentrix" the proof is in the pudding as well if you ever have to recieve anything via email youll notice concentrix is occassionally tapped into it.

This third party department has NO visuals at any location they are work from home employees...

Their going to promise you a truck because their forcefully being told to lie to you! if they dont lie to you they get punished! this third party employer treats their employees like trash pure trash!! and their policies are utterly different than actual ryder!

So save yourself the headache!!...if your renting a truck request a local rep!! if you're jus changing something then they can help you but when it comes to inventory never trust these people and do not support their abusive manager's behavior because everytime you use their services they make a profit of that reservation! and the employees dont see it the toxic managers make a big profit! these managers love to threaten and belittle their stuff and bully them into scamming you!

lets stand up for what's right and end their abuse! support your local ryder!

A driver named George and his associate arrived to deliver a refrigerator ordered from Costco.com. They did not know how to shut off the water line to install it.

I showed them where I thought it was, but they had no idea. They dumped the refrigerator in my kitchen and promised to return at the end of the day to install it and remove the old refrigerator. They requested that I sign the delivery sheet, which I did since I trusted them. The fine print, which I later noticed, stated that the refrigerator had been delivered and installed.

I phoned them in the late afternoon, and they said they had four more deliveries and would be at my home. However, they never arrived and went radio silent. I then phoned Costco.com, and a representative worked with me and offered help. He was excellent.

I hired my own plumber to install the fridge. This company should not be in business if this is how they treat customers.

I was attacked and assaulted by a driver and management called the customers supervisors and had them come to the scene and created a hostile environment instead of calling police then disciplined me for wanting him arrested. Management was worried more about keeping their customer than keeping their employee safe from being attacked and assaulted.

I had to call the police myself and Ryder fought giving them any details on the police report. I feel they have done nothing to insure my safety as a employee over their customer.

I fear my safety there now because the way it was handled! I am reluctant to go back to work there out of fear guy will come back with a gun since he was arrested finally for it.
