I just bought my truck back in March 2023 and its been in the shop twice with major problems had to replace the PDF and more. Please buyers avoid this.

They will convince you to finance with TopMark and they will add interest to the total cost for your purchase, and theres no way around it. Now were stuck with a truck that we have to pay for every month thats constantly in the shop we have not me a penny. in fact, we have lost so much money I cant even count Ive lost track. I am so hurt.

All I want to do now is get rid of the truck. It has caused me so much money and headaches. I would never buy from them ever again.

I just want to get rid of it ASAP. and my money refund.

I bought a truck from this location in Dec 2022 and it's been a living *** since.. 2weeks after purchasing the truck it needed repairs.

The lights wiring were bad and needed to be replaced. We took it to a Ryder location in Raleigh who claimed to fix the issue but that was false cause in Feb we had the same issue with the lights not working. By Feb 22nd my fiance and I anniversary the Truck broke down in North Idaho and needed 19k worth of work done to it. I called ryder to see about the warranty I purchased for almost 7k and Susan told me she made a mistake and didn't select full coverage and I would have to pay the bill.

I was confused, angry and disappointed as I trusted Ryder was a reputable company who did good business but obviously not. RYDER sold me a LEMON.. if the truck was inspected why did it need 19k worth of work a month later? The fuel tank was or 8 or 9yrs old and needed to be replaced before being sold but they sold it to me knowing it needed repairs.

They didn't want to honor the warranty or help with the repairs until I threaten to get my lawyer involved and to this day I still have not been able to get 2 months of consistent business because the truck constantly needs repairs. I tried contacting corporate and it's been a fight to get someone to respond. They say they will call back or have someone contact you but they dont care about the little people I suggest never buying From this location or Ryder.

They messed up my warranty sold me a bad truck and they don't want to take responsibility or provide a solution to help a fellow human being do something beneficial for his family and society. This experience was unprofessional,

reckless and deceiving.

Still waiting on someone to contact me about this lemon. UPDATE The same rep/lawyer I talked to about the bad wiring on the lights a few months back contacted me via phone and email asking for invoices. I send the invoice with my attorney email attached to the message because the last time we spoke she promised to call or email back and she didn't. Now she says she will not speak to me but will only speak to my attorney.

Meanwhile this lemon truck they sold me has been down for two months. Truck Payment is due, Insurance is due, my driver needs employment and I'm stressed out! I need an angel God!

Someone help! Should I contact the newspaper or news station?

This company was absolutely horrible kept post poning the delivery of my couch. I called multiple times to confirm the delivery time and I wasnt informed that someone needed to be present. I would have coordinated a friend to be there since I was working. The drivers only stayed for 10 min when I was on the phone with my apartment and they gave them a key. Horrible horrible service and Im letting west elm know to cancel services with them.

On I-75 Northbound, December 12th, 2023, a driver in a Ryder.com truck attempted to run multiple drivers off the road. When I was beside him, he engaged his engine brake and attempted to force me off the highway, with both sets of my tires forced to drive in the grass.

As I went to pass him on the left, he threw a flathead screwdriver out driver side window, striking my car. I slowed down. As I attempted to pass a second time, he held a socket wrench out of his driver window threatening to throw it if I passed. I have this on video, and the highway patrol has been contacted.

Our company has used Ryder before, and I understand that this is not a company issue as much of a driver issue, but I am sure Ryder would like to be aware of the drivers behavior that is representing you. License Plate PC44306

Work for Ryder for 7 years. I had no violation no tickets no weight scale tickets. I know they have a one touch policy for phone. I forgot to take my screen lock off, so I have swipe my phone 3times , had to put on brakes my camera started recording yes my hand was on my phone (not holding). Terminate by a text Message I do know other things that went on...other than that very good company..

Idiots with LIES told you can't even imagine

The one Moron Jordan Doran 602.598.0428 had me when he said they were affiliated with Ryder Truck Rentals...LIES. Then he went on to say they are listed on the stock exchange...LIES. To make matters even worse he says they have an agreement with the military (this solidified the deal for me) as I am a disabled veteran on a small disability check. These idiots took $1800 out of my account and now my account is overdrawn! I need help fighting back as I found many people have been in my shoes with this SO-CALLED organization.

There was a Ryder truck (plate number ZK-9312) parked in such a way that the ADA accessible spaces were blocked, hindering the ability of a disabled veteran to be able to park, in addition to other patrons who had to park elsewhere without ramp access. This occurred on Friday October 20, 2023 between the hours of 2pm-3pm (approx.) at 1053 E. Whitaker Mill Rd. in Raleigh, NC. As this is a serious problem and the patrons in question had every right to call the police, I wanted to make sure that someone reported this to Ryder customer service.

Suddenly I receive $10705.15 invoice from RPA_Collections_Cash . and in CC Dawn I. Benton ; Akierra Gill [C] ; 00549 . Submitted Case # 0498****. Receive another email with attachment and amount is $8,336.96. Need to talk to concerned team manager to resolve this. Appreciate any help in this regard

Ordered through pottery barn

We ordered a house full of furniture from Pottery Barn, and because some items are backed up for months, we had it delivered to the new address. Writer never alerted us that they would be sending any items this morning when we got the text we were told by the people that were still living in the house that they gave them our new address that is right down the street even though Ryder told them that they would reroute the items to our new house.

They canceled it instead and now all the items are being shipped back to their warehouse 3hrs away when they couldve delivered it down the street one minute away. Their policies are horrible and the lady at Customer Service was equally horrible.

Driver’s Frequently Lie and Don’t Ring the Bell

I have had to work with Ryder several times for furniture deliveries. Three out of the four times the driver says they came to the house and then leaves, but we are waiting at the house and by our phones.

We do not receive a call or a knock on the door but we are waiting in a quiet house and we also have a doorbell that notifies us when someone comes. We then call Ryder when it is passed the delivery time and they say the driver has come and gone, and they try to reschedule a week later.

We have never experienced this with any other delivery company and we are always so upset when we have to work with Ryder. The drivers seem to want to limit their deliveries and push them off to someone else.
